Alex Wainana is a self taught artist and has been sculpting for the last 12 years.

With a touch of humour, Alex uses only recycled materials found at junk yard and manages to blend elements of African culture and the environment. Wainaina's works mostly depict nature, ranging from; animal heads, fishes, insects and sometimes religious figures.
