Our Exhibition
The African Horizons
We are pleased to present The African Horizons, a solo exhibition by celebrated Tanzanian artist Haji Chilonga.
Rooted in everyday life, Chilonga’s paintings and sculptures reflect memory, labour, and shared human experience. Drawing from a lifelong practice shaped by portraiture, abstraction, and figurative storytelling, his work captures moments that educate, move, and quietly resonate.
Trails of Africa Dawn
Banana Hill Art Gallery presents Trails Of Africa Dawn, a new exhibition by Rahab Shine. Her journey as a painter began in 1990 when she met Shine Tani. Their shared commitment to art later led to the founding of the gallery, which has since grown into a respected space for artists and visitors from Kenya and abroad.
Guardians of Memory
Banana Hill Art Gallery is proud to present "Self Talk," a powerful solo exhibition by Ugandan artist Ronnie Ogwang. Rooted in personal reflection and unflinching honesty, this body of work draws viewers into a deeply introspective journey that explores the intersections of identity, loss, truth, and resistance.
